PRODUCT CARE & CLEANING 

To give proper love and care to our unique handmade items, we recommend the following product care: 

  • To clean any of our natural brass items, we recommend a brass polish such as Wright’s Brass Polish.

  •   Spot clean or hand wash our fabric items with cold water and gentle soap.

  •   Loose threads are common yet harmless. Do not pull loose threads. We recommend using scissors to cut away any loose strings cleanly. 

  •   For leather stains, do not spot-clean or rub. We use 100% natural, unprocessed leather, and slight discoloration is part of the beauty of these items. To shine up your leather after natural wear-and-tear, we recommend polishing it with leather polishing cream and a clean rag.

  • Please allow 3 business days for your order to process prior to shipment. 

  • Please allow 7 -10 days transit time for your order to be delivered.* Please allow additional time for international orders. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - we cannot exchange or return an item if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully. 

Be sure to scroll through before placing your order and leave a note at checkout if there is a particular color or pattern that you are interested in. We do our best to accommodate each and every request! Due to the amount of care and time put into each individual order, we cannot accept returns at this time. 

 We pride ourself on our uniqueness and authenticity. Meaning the item you receive may vary slightly from the product image on the shop page. But, in a good way! No two items are the same and each customer will receive a one-of-a-kind design. Please respect that this is due to the handmade nature of our artisan’s work. 

If you are completely unsatisfied with the variation of the item you receive, we will gladly work with you on exchanging for a similar item in stock. Please note that the exact item you ordered may no longer be available.
