These hearts started out as large pieces of stone cut from the mountains of Kenya.  Each piece is then whittled into shape by hand and wet sanded, hand-dyed, and hand-etched with a single word on each side.   These hearts take days to make.

The purchase of these hearts provides income for men & women in poverty-stricken areas of Kenya to support their families.
